There are many ways to become a sponsor of the Kelowna Fire Museum and Education Centre.
ExhibitionsYour corporate logo can appear on the exterior banners and on the introductory wall of the exhibition, as well as in the Museum's newsletter.
Education CentreThe Garry Drachenberg Education Centre takes its name from the Department's first fire fighter to die in the line of duty. in Garry's honour, the first mission of the Education Centre is to present an injury prevention curriculum for children in pre-school to grade 8. Your corporate logo can appear on all printed material for the program or special events.
Permanent CollectionThe Museum's collection includes a fully restored 1928 Graham ladder truck, a 1961 American LaFrance pumper, chemical wagon, hose wagon, a Gamewell pull box alarm system adn many other artifacts. Funds to sponsor new purchases of exhibits are acknowledged in the signage, every time the piece is on exhibition, in perpetuity.
Special EventsThroughout the year, the Friends of the Kelowna Fire Museum and Education Centre will conduct a variety of fundraising initiatives, special events and will produce a variety of products including T-shirts. Your corporate logo can appear on the banners and print material related to the event (sizing will be relative to level of sponsorship).
